Suleiman Wadi is the founder and principal attorney of Wadi Law, LLC, where he represents individuals and businesses in a range of business, contract, real estate, and civil matters. He takes a practical and strategic approach to each matter, whether advising a client on a transaction, negotiating a resolution to a dispute, or advocating for a client in court.
Suleiman earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2018 after completing his undergraduate studies at Minnesota State University Moorhead. During law school, he was active in student leadership, advocacy, and moot court programs, experiences that strengthened his legal analysis, negotiation, public speaking, and advocacy skills. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Minnesota.
Throughout his career, Suleiman has represented clients in transactional matters, negotiations, disputes, and litigation. His practice includes business formation and governance, commercial agreements, contract matters, real estate and property issues, and civil disputes. This range of experience allows him to evaluate legal issues from both transactional and dispute-resolution perspectives, identify practical options, and develop strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances and objectives.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, Suleiman works with clients from a variety of backgrounds and values building attorney-client relationships grounded in clear communication, accessibility, and trust.
Outside of his legal practice, Suleiman enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, discovering new places and cultures, and keeping up with music and pop culture.
